FAST food is becoming increasingly popular among young people. I know many people who eat fast food every day. It can be prepared and served quickly. It also takes less time to eat and can be taken while we are in a hurry. Nowadays, we see fast food shops growing at every nook and cranny of the city. In Dhaka city, we can order food online and it reaches our homes in nice and decorative cover.
But according to nutritionists, fast foods must not be eaten regularly and instead we should prefer to have a balanced diet. As the world is becoming more global we enjoy more international cuisines and our tastes are changing and becoming more diverse. Western fast foods have taken a permanent place on our daily menu of food charts.
